Zetopad End User License Agreement

Effective Date: December 2025

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zetopad on devices owned or controlled by you.

2. Ownership

Zetopad and all copies thereof are proprietary to Zetopad and title to all intellectual property remains with Zetopad.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zetopad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
